WELCOME TO THE HOW TO APPLY PAGE
 

Students interested in undertaking the Study Abroad/Work Placement Abroad programme should observe the following guidelines:
 

  1. They should register their interest in joining the programme by email to both the project manager, Mgr. Helena Lohrová, PhD. (hlohrova@ff.jcu.cz) and the Office for International Relations, Mgr. Markéta Šmídová (smidova@ff.jcu.cz). This is treated as an expression of interest.
  2. As opportunities become available, students are requested to submit a completed application (this will vary depending on the requirements of the host organisation). This should include a CV and a covering motivational letter written in English.
     
  3. The Office for International Relations will then nominate students to appropriate opportunities.
     
  4. The student will then formally register for the programme and take up the Study Abroad / Work Placement Abroad position.
